Job summary

Spectrum Packaging Industries Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a proactive Daily Production Supervisor in Seremban to supervise and optimize daily production line operations, ensuring processes align with SOPs and targeted outputs.

You will monitor workflow for smooth production, assign workers by skill, enforce PPE and safety guidelines, train staff, coach performance, inspect equipment, and record daily data to be submitted to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Daily Planning: Supervise and control daily production line operations.
• Ensure all processes are conducted according to company SOP and production targets.
• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Assign workers to appropriate workstations based on skills and workload.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce safety guidelines (PPE, OSHA) and check finished goods for defects.
• Team Leadership: Train new staff, coach existing workers, and handle attendance or performance issues.
• Equipment Care: Inspect machinery regularly and call maintenance for repairs when breakdowns happen.
• Reporting: Record daily production data including output, rejection, and machine breakdown time and submit to the Production Manager
