Job summary

Mamee is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily operations, drive targets, ensure safety, quality, and cost control across manufacturing lines. You will drive TPM Autonomous Maintenance, monitor OEE, downtime, yield and waste, and guide cross-functional teams including Maintenance, QA and Planning to deliver improvements and new product trials.

• TPM knowledge and implementation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure operators and supervisors follow SOP, GMP, Halal, HACCP, and safety requirements.

• Work closely with Maintenance, QA, Planning, Warehouse and Engineering team.
• Support new product trials, process validation and line commissioning.
• Develop shift executives, supervisors, line leaders, and production technicians.

• Proven track record in implementing TPM initiatives, with strong knowledge of GMP and production planning and execution.
