Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Program Executive to coordinate and deliver learning, talent development, onboarding, and early careers programs across Asia. You will design and facilitate training activities, manage end-to-end administration, and monitor impact to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with regional needs, report insights, and lead multiple projects with a focus on operational excellence and positive participant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Early Careers or HR Development
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country programs across Asia is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning, talent development, onboarding, and early careers programs across Asia to support business growth and workforce capability development
• Design, organize, and facilitate training activities, workshops, e-learning initiatives, and development interventions aligned with organizational and regional business needs
• Manage end-to-end program administration, including scheduling, communications, logistics, assessments, reporting, and participant engagement
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements
• Support the implementation and management of graduate, internship, and other early careers initiatives across Asia, ensuring a positive participant experience and successful development outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across HR and business functions to identify talent needs and drive learning and development strategies
• Prepare and present program reports, insights, and recommendations to support talent management decision-making and workforce development initiatives
• Lead and support multiple talent management and learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement
