Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Regional Finance Executive to support finance and reporting activities across multiple entities in Asia. You will gain hands-on exposure to regional financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Collaboration with local finance teams is essential to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, audit, financial reporting or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Proficient with Excel and financial data.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 BC is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and consolidation for regional entities.
• Perform Budget vs Actual and financial performance analysis.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Prepare and review financial schedules, reconciliations and management reports.
• Support taxation, statutory reporting and finance control requirements.
• Track key financial indicators including margins, receivables, inventory and working capital.
• Coordinate with local finance teams and support regional finance improvement initiatives.
