Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the indirect recruitment lifecycle in a manufacturing setting, building pipelines and guiding hiring managers through interviewing and onboarding. The role emphasizes candidate experience, proactive sourcing, and collaborative hiring practices.

You will source passive candidates through multiple channels, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while leveraging ATS and common office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Proven experience in sourcing technical / non-technical roles, especially engineering.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse business functions.
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete indirect recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and proactively source passive candidates via channels, networking and social media.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, guiding on recruiting and interviewing best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communications and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding processes.
• Utilize ATS and common office tools to perform tasks accurately.
