Job summary

Retail Galaxy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a results-oriented field sales professional to support dealer outlets, promote Telco plans, and coach frontline staff.

You will travel to assigned outlets, build strong relationships with dealer management, monitor sign-ups and leads, and report sales performance and KPIs each week. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Own transport is required and the role involves six working days per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of working experience in related field.
• Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage.

• Visit and support assigned dealer outlets.
• Guide dealer staff on Telco plans, packages and customer sign-up procedures.
• Assist sales staff in recommending suitable Telco packages, especially for customers purchasing smartphones.
• Build good relationships with dealer management and frontline staff.
• Monitor outlet sales activities, customer sign-ups, leads and pending applications.
• Follow up with outlet staff to improve sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs.
• Assist dealers in resolving customer application, sign-up and operational issues.
• Prepare regular updates on sales performance, outlet activities and assigned KPIs.

About the role

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in retail sales, telco, consumer electronics, field sales or outlet management who enjoy travelling, meeting people and supporting sales teams.

What you'll be doing

Visit and support assigned dealer outlets

Assist sales staff in recommending suitable Telco packages, especially for customers purchasing smartphones.

Build good relationships with dealer management and frontline staff.

Monitor outlet sales activities, customer sign-ups, leads and pending applications.

Follow up with outlet staff to improve sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs.

Assist dealers in resolving customer application, sign-up and operational issues.

Prepare regular updates on sales performance, outlet activities and assigned KPIs.

What we're looking for

At least SPM certification

1 -3 years working experience in related field (Sales & Marketing experience is an added advantage)
