Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a high-energy Regional Area Lead (Retail) to oversee sales productivity, frontliner capability, and operational excellence across an assigned cluster of partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

In this role, you will coach store staff to boost device-and-plan bundling sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help achieve monthly activation targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience.
• Ability to communicate fluently and work sales independently.
• Familiar with retail environment and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service.
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training.
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance.
