Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a target-driven sales professional to support Sales & Distribution across assigned areas in Malaysia. You will execute promotions, expand touchpoints, and deepen dealer loyalty through activations for prepaid and postpaid plans.

A minimum 2 years in Telco/FMCG, own transport, and willingness to travel are required. You will work in a dynamic, award-winning team with flexi hours and staff benefits, contributing to strong sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI targets.

• Provide product knowledge and accurate information to customers and dealers.

Job Summary

• To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:-
• System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product : Full range of products.
• How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM : Latest & up to date POSM.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
• To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.
• To always maintain good discipline and performance.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

About You

• At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Sales driven with good track record.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
