Job summary

U Mobile is seeking a field-oriented sales professional to support Sales & Distribution across assigned areas, driving KPI achievements and expanding touchpoints in the market.

You will execute promotional plans, deepen dealer loyalty through activations, and ensure accurate product knowledge and system activations. Travel and own transport are required; previous telco/FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma.
• Sales driven with a good track record.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotions and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points and pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring proper knowledge and training on:- System, Product, How to Sell, Incentives/Pyramid.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

Job Summary

To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
• To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.
• To always maintain good discipline and performance.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

About You
