Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks a high-energy Regional Area Lead (Retail) to oversee sales productivity, frontliner capability, and operational excellence across a cluster of partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

You will coach store staff to boost device-and-plan bundling sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and hit monthly activation targets while ensuring SOPs and pricing are followed.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification minimum.
• 1–2 years retail or sales experience (telco industry is an added advantage).
• Able to communicate fluently and perform sales independently.
• Familiar with the retail environment and customer handling.
• Possesses a basic track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service.
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training.
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance.
