Job summary

U Mobile is seeking field sales personnel to visit dealers daily, support sales and distribution, and build strong relationships to achieve KPIs.

You will execute sales strategies, activate promotions, deepen dealer loyalty, and ensure dealers’ knowledge of products and activations, while traveling daily and using POSM material.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Senior UEC with passing results.
• 1–2 years in outdoor/field sales in telco/FMCG or related industry.
• Own car and willingness to travel daily.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle ad hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to dealers to support sales and distribution in assigned areas.
• Execute sales promotions and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations and product knowledge.
• Provide trade events support and market intelligence for sales performance.

Job Summary

• To conduct daily visits to dealers shop to support Sales & Distribution activities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

The Day-To-Day Activities

• To conduct daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.
• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring dealers have proper knowledge and training on:-
• System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product : Full range of products.
• How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM : Latest & up to date POSM.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.

About You

• Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in outdoor/field sales in telco, FMCG or any relevant industry.
• Able to aggressively work with dealers to commit sales target given.
• Must have own car and willing to travel daily.
• Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.
