Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Sales Executive - Central to drive dealer visits and support sales and distribution in the central region. You will work to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting the full range of products.

The role requires strong sales drive, familiarity with Telco or FMCG environments, and willingness to travel. You will be part of a dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur with flexible working hours and staff support.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
Sales driven with good track record.
Own transport and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

To conduct daily visits to dealers stores to support Sales & Distribution activities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
Continue deepening dealer’s loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
Ensuring proper knowledge and training on: System, Product, How to Sell, Incentives / Pyramid, POSM.
Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
To build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information and guidance.
To always maintain good discipline and performance.
To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
