Job summary

U Mobile Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Area Sales Executive (Central) to conduct daily dealer visits, support Sales & Distribution activities, and drive progress toward sales targets and KPIs.

You will build relationships with dealers, execute sales strategies, train staff on activations and products, and participate in trade events, with willingness to travel and own transport. The role requires at least 2 years' experience in Telco/FMCG and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field.
• Sales driven with good track record and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• To conduct daily visits to dealer stores that sell U Mobile products and provide service, support and build relationships.
• To execute and monitor sales strategy and promotions; seek new opportunities to expand UM touchpoints.
• To deepen dealer loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensure dealers have proper knowledge - system activations, product range, how to sell, incentives, POSM.
• To perform trade events and provide ground support for sales performance.

Job Summary

To conduct daily visits to dealers stores to support Sales & Distribution activities within assigned areas, with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Day-To-Day Activities

• To conduct daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service, support and build relationship within the assigned areas.
• To execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunity to expand UM touch point & pyramid.
• Continue deepening dealer's loyalty through activations (Prepaid with plans and Postpaid).
• Ensuring dealers have proper knowledge and training on:
  • System : Genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
  • Product : Full range of products.
  • How to Sell : Accurate and correct information given.
  • Incentives / Pyramid : Proper guidance in building loyalty.
  • POSM : Latest & up to date POSM.
• To perform trade events, visit and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.

About You

Experiences and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in Telco / FMCG related environment
• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any field

• Must possess own transport and willing to travel
