STKK GROUP HOLDINGS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a management professional to oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets. You will lead Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and crew, enforcing company rules and SOPs while driving KPIs and operational targets.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to manage outlets independently, with travel between locations as required. Experience in F&B or multi-outlet environments is preferred.

This is a management position overseeing the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets. You will manage Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and crew members, maintaining strong staff discipline and enforcing company rules and standard operating procedures. The role requires identifying problems, taking corrective action immediately, ensuring management instructions are properly executed, and leading teams to achieve assigned KPIs and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets
• Manage Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and crew members
• Maintain strong staff discipline and enforce company rules and SOPs
• Take firm and appropriate action when employees fail to follow company standards
• Monitor attendance, manpower, scheduling, service, cleanliness, stock, and outlet performance
• Conduct regular outlet inspections
• Identify problems and take corrective action immediately
• Ensure management instructions are properly executed
• Lead teams to achieve assigned KPI and operational targets
• Report outlet performance and issues directly to management
