Job summary

Maxis in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable candidate to analyse and present local operator activities, dealer programs, sales incentives and new plans. You will foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the accounts assigned.

You will identify accounts groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors' focus and direction in accordance with Company’s overall patterns.

Qualifications

• The candidate should able to analyse & present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans.
• They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned.
• They identify accounts groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors' focus and direction in accordance with company patterns.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
• Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
• Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
• Distribution points expansion.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• Up to date dealer management database
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
• Timely submission of management reports.
• To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region
