Job summary

Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's leading converged telco, is seeking a dedicated professional to analyse and present local operator (OLO) activities, dealer programs, and new sales plans. You will identify opportunities, capture insights, and propose action plans based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and market dynamics.

In this role you will support distributor development, plan network expansion, ensure trade visitation compliance, and deliver timely management reports.

Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The candidate should able to analyse &present other local operator (OLO) activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance with Company’s overall patterns.

Key Accountabilities:

• Strategy Planning & execution of distributors sell in & Dealers development.
• Dealer Development & Training, product knowledge, staff selling skills & IT systems.
• Formulate effective & efficient sales ground activities.
• Network expansion planning and prioritization.
• Compliance of trade visitation cycle & timely audit of exclusive channel
• Timely submission of management reports.
• To manage Distributors FSS with objective of winning & acquiring market leadership in the region
