You will collaborate with product, credit and operations teams to onboard clients, present proposals, negotiate terms, and drive revenue while consistently meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new banking opportunities across corporate, SME and retail segments.
• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand financial needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth areas.
• Collaborate with product, credit and operations teams to ensure onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals; negotiate terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
