Job summary

SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is seeking an Application Helpdesk (ERP) staff to provide 1st and 2nd line support for ERP users and resolve software issues.

You will document inquiries, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP usage and improved user experiences. This full-time role is based in Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or application support role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably in a vendor environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to document support activities and report on performance metrics.
• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies.

Responsibilities
