Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join the regional IT team. You will support SAP and digital applications across APAC, working with global IT teams and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on IT application support, business analysis, SAP processes, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, with duties spanning O2C, logistics, and supply chain across China, Australia, NZ and ASEAN.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT application support or SAP implementation/rollout.
Experience in SAP support, implementation, or rollout projects.
Strong understanding of O2C, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 application support for SAP and integrated systems across APAC.
Support end-to-end business processes including O2C, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain.
Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics and Finance to gather requirements.
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.
Troubleshoot SAP, Salesforce and other applications; provide workarounds.
Manage and update support tickets through ServiceNow.
Participate in process workshops, reviews and system improvement initiatives.
Support SAP implementation, rollout, integration, testing and transition-to-support.
Conduct integration and regression testing to ensure stability.
Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
