Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join the regional IT team. You will support SAP and digital applications across APAC, working with global IT teams and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on IT application support, business analysis, SAP processes, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, with duties spanning O2C, logistics, and supply chain across China, Australia, NZ and ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT application support or SAP implementation/rollout.
• Experience in SAP support, implementation, or rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of O2C, Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for SAP and integrated systems across APAC.
• Support end-to-end business processes including O2C, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Logistics and Finance to gather requirements.
• Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot SAP, Salesforce and other applications; provide workarounds.
• Manage and update support tickets through ServiceNow.
• Participate in process workshops, reviews and system improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, integration, testing and transition-to-support.
• Conduct integration and regression testing to ensure stability.
• Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our client's regional IT team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an APAC regional role supporting SAP and integrated digital applications across China, Australia, New Zealand and ASEAN. The role will focus on IT application support, business analysis, SAP-related processes, troubleshooting and continuous improvement, working closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application support for SAP and integrated business systems across APAC.
• Support end-to-end business processes including Order-to Cash, Sales, Logistics, Warehousing and Supply Chain.
• Work with business teams including Commercial, Engineering, Logistics and Finance to understand business requirements and identify suitable solutions.
• Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP, Salesforce and other digital application issues and provide workarounds where required.
• Manage and update support tickets through ServiceNow.
• Participate in business process workshops, solution reviews and system improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, integration, testing and transition-to-support activities.
• Conduct integration testing and regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process and system optimization.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support and/or SAP implementation/rollout.
• Experience in SAP support, implementation or rollout projects.
• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Manufacturing processes.
• Experience troubleshooting SAP and integrated digital applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Salary: Up to RM15,000 x 13 months
• Transport Allowance: RM300/month
