• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA.
• Willingness to travel across APAC when required.
• Experience with ERP, payroll, billing, or finance systems.
• Experience on regional/multi-country projects (APAC preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

About you

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst

Willingness to travel across APAC when required

Knowledge of ERP, payroll, billing, finance, or other enterprise systems

Strong experience in requirements gathering and system implementation

Experience working on regional/multi-country projects, preferably APAC

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Fluent English is required; knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage
