Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA.
• Willingness to travel across APAC when required.
• Experience with ERP, payroll, billing, or finance systems.
• Experience on regional/multi-country projects (APAC preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors across APAC.
• Perform impact analysis for systems, data flows, and integrations.
• Support projects through design, testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Maintain project and system documentation.
• Support change management and IT governance activities.
