Job summary

Allot is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer (APAC) to provide pre‑sales technical support across APAC from Malaysia. You will discover customer requirements, craft secure, scalable architectures, and lead workshops, demos, and proofs‑of‑concepts with CSPs and enterprises.

You will work with AWS/Azure and on‑prem/hybrid deployments, communicating effectively to technical and executive audiences. International travel across APAC is expected in this remote role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience in sales engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting CSPs or enterprise solutions.
• Strong IP networking, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into coherent architectures and proposals.
• Excellent English communication; able to engage technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel across APAC as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with CSP and enterprise stakeholders to understand objectives, network architecture, security, and cloud strategy.
• Design secure, scalable solutions spanning on‑prem, virtualized, hybrid-cloud, and public-cloud environments.
• Own the technical sales cycle from qualification through demonstrations, POCs, and delivery handover.
• Prepare solution architectures, BOMs, sizing assumptions, compliance responses, and executive presentations.
• Lead or support RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and partner-led bids with differentiated technical responses.
• Collaborate with APAC sales to develop technical account plans and next steps.
• Engage stakeholders across business, network, cloud, procurement, and operations with clear messaging.
• Enable system integrators and partners through training and design sessions.
