Salt is partnering with a global SaaS organisation to build out a dedicated Sales Engineering function for APAC and global markets. The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with Sales and customers, shaping how the function develops during growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering experience with enterprise sales cycle.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech or solutions consulting.
• Bridge technical solutions with commercial requirements.
• Excellent solution-selling and consultative skills.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
• Experience working with APAC or global customers on multi-country cycles.
• Mandarin a plus.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales throughout enterprise sales cycle.
• Lead customer discovery and understand business requirements.
• Translate customer challenges into solution recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Explain how solutions integrate into existing environments.
• Work across APIs, integrations and system connections.
• Support Sales in progressing opportunities and winning deals.
