Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a qualified professional to perform post-sales project implementation and provide technical support across Core, IP, Optical and Cloud networks.

You will install, configure and integrate solutions, analyze performance, and optimize architectures while coordinating with vendors and customers. Travel overseas may be required. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach to resolving complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in telecommunication work system is an added advantage.
• Excellent team spirits with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills in dealing with multiple vendors and contractors.
• Detail oriented and technical oriented, passionate in resolving challenging technical issues.
• Must be able to travel overseas for business support.
• Fresh graduate with passionate learning attitude is encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Post-sales project implementation and technical support for Core/IP/Optical/Cloud networks.
• Install, configure, implement, commission and integrate technical solutions to establish sustainable network infrastructure.
• Analyze network performance, resolve complex problems, and optimize architectures.
• Provide technical support to customers via remote and on-site troubleshooting.
• Conduct network planning and network architecture design and engineering.
• Integrate and depict communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission and signaling links into complete configurations.
• Provide training on technical solutions when required.
