Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple countries in the APAC region. You will gather inputs from various departments, coordinate with our service provider, and ensure timely postings of payroll entries and reconciliations.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, airtight confidentiality, and excellent communication to resolve payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with statutory filings.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end payroll process of assigned countries.
• Gather information from departments and share with service provider in prescribed formats.
• Prepare and post payroll journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Coordinate with accounting and finance to arrange payroll funds.
• Consolidate bank details and upload for salary process.
• Submit filings, reports and payments to statutory bodies on time.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
