Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth initiatives across assigned APAC markets and customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own customer engagement activities, including quotations, negotiations, order management, and commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.
• Support marketing and business development activities, including trade shows and events.
• Track sales performance, pipeline health, revenue, profitability, and KPIs.
