Job summary

AUMOVIO SE is seeking an experienced APAC Sales Leader to drive growth across assigned markets and key accounts. You will own regional strategies, manage quotations and negotiations, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver customer solutions.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, strategic account management, and the ability to travel within the APAC region. fluency in English is essential, with additional Asian languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience within automotive, commercial vehicle, industrial, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Strong track record in developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales growth initiatives across APAC markets and customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
• Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own customer engagement activities including quotations, negotiations, and order management.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account management and issue resolution.
• Support marketing and business development activities including trade shows and events.
• Track sales performance, pipeline health, revenue, profitability, and KPIs.
• Ensure activities stay within budgets and company guidelines.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights for future strategies.
