Job summary

Sinergia Talents is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Development, Mobility Partners in Malaysia. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, onboarding and day-to-day account management, and driving cross-sell opportunities across mobility partner offerings.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years in related industries, strong analytics, and excellent client-facing skills. Fluent English with additional Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus; a degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder.
• At least 5 years experience in the assistance related industry / insurance industry.
• Excellent in analytics, ability to analyse performance and provide strategies.
• English writing and reading; Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Self-motivated with strong and nimble business acumen to target prospective clients.
• Deliver business proposals and confident in conducting client presentations professionally.
• Work with complex or large territory/account, products/services, sales, or account management processes.
• Exercise reasonable authority to set and negotiate product/service terms.
• Knowledge sharing with colleagues to train and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure good governance in business management and keep proper records.
• Flexibility in adapting to departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
