Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Team Manager, FAM to support the team lead in day-to-day operations, drive team coordination, and ensure efficient workflows. The role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

You will collaborate with IT, Risk, and Business units, promote accountability, and contribute to process improvements while supporting staff development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a senior analyst or team lead role with supervisory duties
• Experience handling operational issues, trade validation, and exception management
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes in high-volume, time-sensitive environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FAM team operations to ensure efficient workflows
• Coordinate tasks, shifts, leave, and capacity planning for coverage
• Coach and develop team members through training and knowledge sharing
• Maintain SOPs and documentation for continuity
• Escalate and resolve trade anomalies with cross-functional teams
• Support regular reporting on KPIs and incidents to leadership
