Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a port captain or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge about industry standards (IMO CSS / DNV GL).
• Ability to travel frequently (approx. 30%).

Responsibilities

• Issuing Stowage- and Lashing plans using AutoCAD.
• Supervision of cargo handling operations in the APAC region.
• Reviewing Stowage- and Lashing plans and calculations.

Skills

Port captain experience

Knowledge of industry standards (IMO CSS / DNV GL)

Understanding of vessel deck constructions

Handling Windpower components

Loading, lashing and vessel operations

Proficient in MS Office / 365

Good communication in English

Team player mindset

Ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of QHSES rules
