Multiplier is hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in APAC, ideally Malaysia, to manage named accounts, drive adoption, and expand international footprints. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You should be customer-obsessed with strong communication, able to work remotely, and possess a growth mindset with a track record of meeting ambitious targets. This is a remote-friendly role in a fast-growth HR tech environment.

Qualificações

• Min 2 to 3 years in a Customer Success/Account Management role.
• Based in Malaysia or APAC.
• Able to speak business-level Mandarin.
• Min 2 of the last 3 years overachieving goals and targets.
• People-first with a growth mindset.
• Affinity to work remotely in a fast-growth, explosive sector.
• Able to work independently, problem-solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
• Understanding of value-based sales.
• Discipline in account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with named accounts through consultative solutioning and ensure customers meet talent and business objectives with Multiplier.
• Actively monitor product adoption, share industry knowledge and best practices to drive engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations and Engineering to deliver the best customer experience for growth and retention.
• Be the voice of customers to Product, synthesize feedback, and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Understand customer needs across industries and design solutions to meet them.
• Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.
