Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Clinical Education Associate Manager for APAC to lead education strategy and deliver impactful programs across the region. The role partners with regional and local teams, KOLs, speakers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes.

You will design education initiatives, develop assets and digital platforms, and ensure education effectiveness. English fluency and willingness to travel support our diverse APAC teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional roles; 4+ years in structuring education programs and delivering training.
• Experience in dentistry is an advantage.
• Proven ability to plan and execute clinical education in healthcare environments.
• Strong business acumen with strategic mindset to align education with objectives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in matrix, multicultural environments.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education strategies to acquire, onboard and grow potential customers by building clinical competencies and confidence to drive product adoption.
• Design, structure and deliver education initiatives aligned with customer journeys and business strategies.
• Partner with commercial team to support product launches through education, including development of strategic programs, events, assets, tools and materials.
• Leverage technology and innovative approaches to enhance effectiveness, scalability and impact of clinical education across APAC.
• Design and provide internal trainings to elevate organization capabilities and deepen clinical knowledge.
• Manage the execution of other projects as assigned.
