Edwards Lifesciences seeks a seasoned leader to develop and execute global BU sales, commercial and clinical training programs. You will design field-based training content with cross-functional teams to meet evolving sales priorities and clinical needs.

You will assess sales capabilities, drive ongoing development through programs like Field Training Team and Leadership Development, ensure strategy alignment and platform evolution, while overseeing budgets and impact metrics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
• Master's degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience within the medical device industry.
• Experience in instructional design and the development of clinical and technical training content.
• Demonstrated success as a trainer in clinical and/or sales environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, lead and execute BU related sales, commercial and clinical training programs.
• Design content for training curriculum for field-based sales employees in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Assess field sales team knowledge, capabilities and skills; translate analytics into training plans.
• Create ongoing training programs (e.g., Field Training Team, Leadership Development).
• Partner with leadership to align objectives with training strategy and compliance.
• Measure program effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and analytics.
• Develop and lead new training platforms; manage related project budgets.
