Job summary

Elsevier seeks a Physician Clinical Executive to drive growth of Clinical Solutions across APAC, based in Malaysia. You will serve as the physician-level clinical authority for commercial teams, customers, and partners, advising on clinical value and strategic application of the portfolio including ClinicalKey AI and Clinical Decision Support.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required (MD, MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent) with medical registration or eligibility.
• Proven clinical practice with physician workflow understanding.
• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with healthcare technology, Clinical Decision Support, or digital health environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical authority within APAC sales engagements, guiding opportunities from qualification to solution-based engagements.
• Deliver clinical presentations, demos, workshops, and value discussions tailored to healthcare executives and clinical leaders.
• Lead conversations on Clinical Decision Support, AI-enabled solutions, evidence-based practice, and patient safety.
• Translate clinical needs into effective solution positioning and drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead post-sale physician engagement to gather feedback and expand opportunities.
