Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Malaysia is seeking an Account Management Director to oversee the department responsible for delivering all client commitments. This role sits within the GWS Segment and focuses on coordinating staff functions and operations to support organizational goals.

The position requires leading by example, supervising and coaching staff, managing multiple client projects, and strengthening relationships with key customers while ensuring contracts and service levels are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and retention.
• Ability to lead sensitive, complicated information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs, build operational plans, and balance client expectations with delivery.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, acting as the point of contact for systems and processes.
• Oversee sales relationships with key customers, ensure services and enhancements are carried out.
• Direct the project process, develop plans, assemble teams, and manage timeframes and performance.
