Job summary

CGS Immersive is seeking a Channel Renewals Specialist – APAC (Japanese) based in Malaysia. You will be the primary contact between clients and partners, guiding renewals with proactive support and using analytics to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities include tracking renewal progress, reporting outcomes, and coaching partners through the renewal process. You will work during APAC hours and leverage Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM where relevant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or renewals.
• Mandatory Japanese Business Language Certificate.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Full availability to support APAC business hours.
• Proficient with Google Workspace.
• Accurate data entry and MS Office skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive partner support across renewal opportunities and coaching.
• Track renewal progress, report outcomes, and document issues with recommendations.
• Guide partners to complete renewals and enter data in the client portal using predictive analytics.
