Job summary

TP in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Renewal Sales Specialist to champion renewals and account expansion for existing clients using our digital solutions.

Based at GTower, Ampang, you will nurture relationships, negotiate renewal terms, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining CRM integrity and forecasting accuracy.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, experience in digital advertising or SaaS, and strong English communication, with a customer-centric, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital advertising, SaaS, tech, or high-volume retained sales.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, online marketing, or scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership: manage and engage a portfolio of existing customers through the contract lifecycle.
• Initiate outreach before expirations to guide renewal options.
• Build deep partnerships to elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze client performance and usage to tailor renewal proposals.
• Lead commercial conversations to secure renewal terms within guidelines.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client renewal hurdles.
• Maintain immaculate CRM records, active forecasts, and regular pipeline updates.
