Job summary

IOTA Group is expanding in Malaysia and seeks a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across APAC from Kuala Lumpur. You will build strategic client relationships, win new business, and collaborate with recruitment and operations to deliver comprehensive solutions in energy, EOR, and engineering services.

Full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur with autonomy and direct exposure to decision-makers, contributing to the expansion of an international, fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new opportunities, developing a portfolio of clients and building long-term partnerships with major actors in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Mining and Industrial sectors.
• From prospecting and commercial negotiations to contract signature and account development, you will manage the full business cycle while working closely with our recruitment and operational teams to deliver successful solutions to our clients.
• Represent IOTA Group across the region, strengthen our market presence and contribute actively to our growth strategy in one of the world's most dynamic business environments.
