Job summary

Ioniaga Sdn Bhd, part of the INDIBA Asia Group, seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to drive recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. You will manage the full lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent, and support training coordination and HR initiatives.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam to support growth and talent strategy, with potential expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience, regional recruitment exposure preferred.
• Experience coordinating training or learning and development activities is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
• Drive recruitment across Australia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
