Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services Malaysia seeks an experienced AP Supervisor to lead the accounts payable function in Shah Alam. The role focuses on hands-on processing, standardising procedures, and driving efficiency across the AP team.

You will manage invoice posting, payments, reconciliations, and reporting while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant operations. A finance background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance.
• 7–8 years of experience in accounts payable or finance roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; able to use PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP day-to-day processing and drive process improvements.
• Post invoices, credit notes and related entries on time.
• Prepare weekly payment forecasts and approve paylists.
• Ensure compliance with global policies and vendor payments on time.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain vendor statements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage workload distribution.
