Job summary

• Strong team leadership, reporting and performance improvement ideas.

• Fluent in Mandarin; fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of AP services per the agreement.
• Provide first level escalation for Infosys AP team.
• Review payment proposals and list large payments.
• Deploy/process controls, QA plans and risk mitigation.
• Identify transformational initiatives.
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.
