DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Accounts Payable - Payments Processing to coordinate and supervise AP activities and implement governance across the function. The role requires delivering AP processing services within SLA, supporting budget management, and driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or certification in Accounting/Finance, familiarity with AP standards, and proficiency in SAP and Excel. Fluency in local language and English is preferred.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and governance practices.
• Proven ability to work with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise accounts payable processing to meet SLA targets.
• Deliver AP services within agreed quality and KPI targets.
• Support supervisor with day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Implement AP processes and internal controls for governance.
• Supervise recording of AP transactions for monthly/yearly close.
• Drive continuous improvement of AP processes and automation.
• Guide and develop the AP team to achieve goals.
• Foster learning and development in AP and company behavior.
