Bruker Malaysia seeks an experienced AP Team Lead to oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring timely invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance. You will lead AP activities, drive process improvements, and support audits in a multinational environment.

Required is 8–10 years in AP/finance operations, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and hands-on experience with SAP BSP and Xsuite OCR. This on-site role is based in Selangor, Malaysia.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8–10 years of AP or Finance Operations experience.
• Experience leading AP operations in shared services or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP BSP and Xsuite OCR.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership competencies including finance expertise, collaboration, communication, drive for results, and critical thinking.
• Ethics, integrity, and professionalism; ability to complete training and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable activities for Bruker Malaysia (BPEN).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payment requests.
• Monitor AP ageing and resolve overdue items.
• Ensure vendor statements are reconciled and discrepancies resolved.
• Drive AP process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system enhancements, automation projects, and digital transformation.
• Prepare and review AP-related reports and KPIs; support month-end/year-end closings.
