Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Accounts Payable Executive to uphold financial integrity and operational efficiency within our BPO finance function.

You will deliver AP services to KPI targets, support budget governance, and ensure accurate posting for monthly and year-end closes. Requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 0–2 years in AP (SSC preferred), SAP experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
• 0–2 years of Accounts Payable experience in SSC or high-volume KPI-driven environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and AP processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP accounting applications.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in local language and English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AP processing services per SLA and KPI targets.
• Support day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets.
• Implement and uphold AP processes and internal controls.
• Oversee accurate and timely recording of AP transactions for monthly/year-end close.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline AP processes with automation.
• Guide and support the team to meet functional goals.
• Champion team learning and DKSH values.
