Jardine Schindler Group invites you to join its Global Business Services in Malaysia as an RTR Analyst. You will perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and support internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (or ACCA/CPA/CIMA) and has 1–3 years in a shared services setting; lift industry experience is a plus. We value detail orientation, accuracy, and proactive process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a recognized professional qualification.
• Full set accounting knowledge and strong numerical abilities.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Shared Services Organization.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including reconciliations, journal processing, settlements and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and ensure integrity of general ledger accounts.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, and manage fixed asset accounting and related entries.
• Prepare indirect tax reports and ensure timely submission and payment to authorities.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting.

Global Business Services Analyst, RTR

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal processing, settlements, and financial reporting in accordance with SOPs and company policies.
• Prepare and review financial reports, analytical reviews, balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Execute month-end closing activities including settlements to COPA and validation of completeness and accuracy of settlement postings.
• Reconcile and analyse intercompany transactions and accounts, identifying and resolving unreconciled or aged items.
• Record and maintain fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and related accounting entries.
• Prepare indirect tax reports (SST/GST/VAT/WHT) and ensure timely submission and payment to relevant authorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AP, AR, Treasury, Supply Chain, Operating Companies, and Group Finance to ensure smooth and timely financial closing processes.
• Act as a key contact point for accounting-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members on accounting matters and operational processes.
• Ensure service delivery meets established SLA and KPI targets while responding to stakeholder requests in a timely manner.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate documentation and supporting information.
• Support process improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control within R2R operations.
• Support project implementation, process migrations, and transformation initiatives, including data analysis, user acceptance testing, requirements gathering, and end-user support.
• Maintain and update SOP documentation to ensure alignment with current processes, systems, and policies.
• Prepare management and group reporting requirements, including consolidation-related reports where applicable.
• Participate in ad hoc assignments, projects, and business initiatives as required by management.
• Support workplace safety initiatives by complying with safety regulations, attending safety training, and promoting a positive safety culture within the organization.

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance/ Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Full set account knowledge is preferable.
• Good knowledge in Accounting, Project Costing, Taxation and Company Secretarial work.
• 1 - 3 years working experience in accounting/ Finance environment within a Shared Services Organization.
• Experience in lift industry is an advantage but not necessary
