Job summary

Jardine Schindler Group invites you to join its Global Business Services in Malaysia as an RTR Analyst. You will perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and support internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (or ACCA/CPA/CIMA) and has 1–3 years in a shared services setting; lift industry experience is a plus. We value detail orientation, accuracy, and proactive process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a recognized professional qualification.
Full set accounting knowledge and strong numerical abilities.
1–3 years of experience in a Shared Services Organization.

Responsibilities

Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including reconciliations, journal processing, settlements and financial reporting.
Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, and ensure integrity of general ledger accounts.
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, and manage fixed asset accounting and related entries.
Prepare indirect tax reports and ensure timely submission and payment to authorities.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial closing and reporting.
