Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central control point for all assigned airfreight shipments, ensuring full operational visibility
• Monitor shipment milestones proactively and ensure on-time departure and arrival performance
• Coordinate with operations teams, air carriers, overseas offices, and service providers for seamless execution
• Manage exceptions, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption
• Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance with SOPs and customer requirements
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports, dashboards, and customer metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis for service deviations and support improvement initiatives
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding shipment status and updates
• Support strategic planning and optimization of airfreight flows as needed
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Job Overview:

As an Airfreight Control Tower Specialist, you will oversee and coordinate end-to-end air freight operations to ensure optimal visibility, control, and service performance. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will manage shipment milestones, monitor operational KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and global partners to ensure shipments are executed efficiently, accurately, and within agreed service levels. (this role required shift rotation)

• Prepare and analyze KPI reports, performance dashboards, and customer service metrics
