Job summary

EV Cargo Global Forwarding Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Executive (Operational Finance) in Selangor to support airfreight billing and cost management. You will handle invoices, carrier quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue and cost reporting.

The role requires detail-oriented, proactive individuals with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Diploma or SPM in a related field is preferred, with 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or SPM with relevant administrative exposure.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage airfreight billing processes and carrier cost controls.
• Coordinate with Sales Support, CS, and external carriers for quotes and cost updates.
• Issue invoices and monitor daily billing lists for timely, accurate charges.
• Maintain SharePoint data for airline cost data and ensure proper record-keeping.
