Job summary

The Crew Property Management SDN BHD is seeking an Airbnb Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operation of our short-term rental portfolio, including listing management, guest experience, cleaning coordination, maintenance, pricing, and performance reporting across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Agoda.

You will be the main point of contact for guests and internal teams, ensuring smooth check-ins, fast issue resolution, and consistently high review scores while focusing on

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Airbnb or short-term rental operations.
• Familiar with Airbnb host dashboard and multi-platform management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotation basis.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Own transport and laptop required.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Listing & platform management across Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTAs.
• Coordinate cleaning and turnover between guests and monitor maintenance.
• Manage guest experience, inquiries, check-in instructions, and issue resolution.
• Monitor occupancy, pricing, and apply dynamic pricing with tools.
• Prepare performance reports and uphold KPI targets.
